I would LOVE to try this - apparently it's sticky, sweet, and smoky (I think this is exactly how I would eat it too - spread thickly onto slices of crusty bread). The recipe is here, and looks quite easy. You can also buy it here if you aren't in the mood for cooking!
Um. I'm kind of confused and intrigued by this! Also very tempted to try it, although simmering for an hour and a half and stirring every few minutes doesn't sound much fun ... would definitely need a book!
