Cupcakes

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Ours was spent taking long walks and watching some films, along with a lovely meal on Saturday night. I'm a big fan of anything sweet and can't resist cupcakes, so when I read about Sprinkles Cupcakes opening their automated cupcake dispensers I wished we had them here in the UK.

I thought these blueberry lemon cupcakes look and sound delicious; I might attempt to make these as a change from the usual chocolate I lean towards :)
