This is what I make when I want something comforting and tasty, but is really quick and simple to make. Cheese on toast was a childhood favourite of mine, and the addition of pesto makes this extra yummy.
Grate your cheese, then add some pesto; mix together then spread on the bread.
Place under the grill until melted and that's it! A delicious snack in minutes.Have a lovely weekend x
