Burger with beetroot + crispy leeks

Now this is my kind of barbecue food. The suggested side dish to eat with this is some seasonal coleslaw made by shredding chicory, fennel, and celeriac, then mixing with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and horseradish. Delicious.
