Uses for rosemary

We have a couple of rosemary plants in the garden which we'll use sprigs of when we make a stew or a roast chicken meal, but apart from those occasions, we don't really use it. So, I've found these ideas for using rosemary which all look delicious. Firstly, these roasted rosemary almonds, which look amazing.  I will be buying some almonds next time I'm at the shops to try this recipe. Rosemary-infused lemonade: this would be so refreshing on a hot day (the recipe says that vodka or gin is good with this too!) These polenta coated roast potatoes would be the perfect accompaniment to chicken (the polenta makes them extra-crunchy).   Yum!
