CHOP SALAD



This salad is incredibly easy to throw together; we love it as we get to use up whatever we have in the fridge and cupboards.  This one had sweetcorn, salad leaves, black eyed beans, tuna, peppers, carrot (good for a bit of crunch!) red onion, tomatoes and cheese, but any flavours will work here.  We dice everything up as small as we can, throw into a bowl then dress with olive oil and maybe a squeeze of lemon juice.  Delicious.
