Champagne vinegar

I cam across this whilst I was browsing the internet the other day; champagne vinegar!  Apparently, it's a lot lighter than other wine vinegars (which Neil uses a lot to make salad dressings etc.), and you can add it to cooked meat, vegetables and sauces.  I'm thinking it would make a great gift too :)
