A couple of weeks ago I made these pizzas using shop-bought naan breads as the base, and they were a hit! I cooked down a tin of chopped tomatoes, adding some balsamic vinegar and a little sugar for the base, then added mozzarella and our toppings as you would a normal pizza, then cooked them in the oven until they were ready. Jamie loved his, which is a huge compliment (he's a very fussy eater at the moment!)
