We made these baked eggs for breakfast for the first time over the Christmas holidays, and the boys loved them so much they've requested them again and again!  They're perfect for the weekends.  (Taken from Fay's Family Food)

Eggs (1 per person)
Butter for greasing
Cheese (we used cheddar)
Crusty bread for dipping

To make, take one little pot or ramekin per person.  Grease with the butter, then tear some ham to place on the bottom.  Crack the eggs and add to the pot, then grate some cheese over the top.  Bake in the oven for roughly 12 minutes at 180c.  (I wrap the ramekins with a napkin to serve to the boys).

We served ours with buttered bread to dip in.  Yum!
